Shipping & Returns

Placing an order:

Once you have placed your order you will receive an automatic email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive any email confirmation, you may have entered your email in incorrectly at the checkout. Please email us at info@lovainestore.com if this happens.

Processing your order: 

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Postage:

UK orders: Royal Mail Signed for: £5.50. Delivered in 2-3 working days.

EU orders: Royal Mail EU Trackable for £12.50. Delivered in 5-7 working day.

Australia & New Zealand: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for £19.00

Delivered in 7-14 working days.

USA and rest of the world: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for £15.50

Delivered in 7-14 working days.

Packaging:

All our orders are posted in completely plastic free packaging, using either recyclable cardboard boxes or biodegradable postage bags. We also use plastic free gum tape and offer our customers a carbon neutral shipping option.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from when you receive your order to return it back to us. Any return requests recieved after 14 days from when you received your order will not be accepted. Products will only be eligible for a refund if the items are un-used, with tags still attached. For swimwear, we are unable to accept any returns unless the hygiene liners are still in place. If you would like to return a product, please email us at info@lovainestore.com with a copy of your order confirmation and we can send you further return instruction. Please note: we are unable to offer free returns and the return postage fee must be paid by you, the customer. We advise all customers to send their returns with a proof of postage receipt, which will cover you in case your order gets lost in transit. Lovaine Store will not be held responsible to cover the cost for any returns lost in transit.
